Delicious French Toast with cinnamon! Tastes particularly good when served with golden syrup!

- 4 slices of white bread
- 2 eggs
- 150ml milk
- 55g butter
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2g white sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Beat the eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, sugar and salt together in a bowl.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan.
- Dip the bread into the egg mixture and make sure that it’s well coated.
- Cook the bread on each side until golden brown.
Tip: You can serve French Toast with bacon and maple syrup, fruit or sprinkled with powdered sugar!
