How does Door2Door storage work?

How it works:We collect, we store, we return. All you need to do is book and pack.Our prices are based on the number and weight of items, we don't sell storage by the sq ft.Once you have completed your order you will be directed to a form where you pick your box delivery and collection dates, as well as putting in your address.All items need to be packed in a box/suitcase/holdall (large bag). If you have any items that you don't think will fit into a box, just let me know!We will collect your items on the date you chose, and store your items as long as you need!!Once you are ready to have your items back just fill in our Re-delivery form!

What if I don't know how many boxes to order?

Our average orders are 3x Exl boxes and 1x suitcase:Box #1 = Kitchen itemsBox #2 = beddingBox #3 = Spare/loose itemsSuitcase = clothesI hope that helps, if you are still unsure just email us at info@door2doorstorage.com !

Can I store items other than boxes?

Yes you can! You can store items such as suitcases, musical instruments and TVs.Email us at info@door2doorstorage.com with the item you would liek to store and we will send you a quote!

How long can I store for?

You can store with us as long (or as short) as you need, whether its 1 month or 2 years!

Can I have my items delivered to another city in the UK?

Yes! We deliver to all UK Mainland addresses. You can have your items collected in one UK city and delivered to another!

What if I don't use all the boxes I've ordered?

Any boxes not used will be refunded, minus a £2.50 delivery fee. If you would like to refund 5 or more boxes there may be an additional £10.00 fee.If you would like a refund just email us at info@door2doorstorage.com and we will help you out!
